There is a protocol we follow to make sure the survivors are really survivors,
steps to be considered for a random act of kindness
1.A brief letter of their battle with cancer
2.Type of cancer
3.How long you been a survivor
4.A photo of before & after the cancer
5.A consent form, with your signature stating that this will & can be verified either with your physician or someone that may have knowledge of you having cancer. Documentation may or not be requested
Detail your services
Survivors, CEO/Sonya and her team will try their best to curtail the random act to the individual person if the resources permit
Announce coming events
Having a sale, get your customized, signature cancer awareness Tee's
Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.
